Terms of service.

By making payment directly to us, or paying your Invoice we have sent you for any work agreement, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our terms of service.

We do not offer any refunds - If you are unsatisfied by the work that we (Grantech) have carried out for you, or for any change of mind by you, the client, once we have commenced work, you will not be eligible for a refund. If however, we have not commenced any of the work outlined on our agreement, then in exceptional circumstances or for compassionate grounds we may offer you a refund or partial refund at our own discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel any non completed work / business agreement due to any form of harassment, bullying, or aggressive behaviour towards us (Grantech). If we cancel our work agreement, you will forfeit any upfront payment made to us, and may also be liable for any balance owing or any other cancellation fees applied.

We do not offer any guarantees of success. The success of your business is not guaranteed from any work carried out by us (Grantech), and as such, we do not offer any refunds, or any form of reimbursement If you are unsatisfied with the work provided by us. 

If you are not satisfied with the work provided by us (Grantech), we will work with you to try to find a satisfactory resolution for both parties.
